- W2348016287 abstract "The electrodes prepared by sintering Ti and Al suppressed in a certain percentage were placed in liquid medium containing carbon.And then a hard metal-ceramic coating was deposited on the surface of 45 steel by pulse discharge generated by high energy plasma,the wear resistance was tested with a high-temperature wear device.The results show that the friction coefficient of the coating decreases with the increase of temperature,when the test temperature is higher than 200 ℃.The wear scar is parallel furrow when temperature is low,which indicates that the wear mechanism of the coating is abrasive wear.The furrow is more shallow than that at room temperature,moreover,some oxides exist on the surface at high temperature.The wear mechanism is mild abrasive wear and oxidation wear." @default.
