- W2348024989 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of apelin-13 on vasodilatation of isolated thoracic aorta rings in rat and its mechanisms.Methods Observe the effects of apelin-13 on pre-constricted with norepinephrine(NE) aorta rings with or without endothelium.Results Apelin-13 at 10-11～10-7mol·L-1 caused dose-dependent vasodilatation in endothelium intact rings pre-constricted with NE,but had no effect on aorta rings without endothelium,and there was significantly different between the endothelium intact rings and rings without endothelium(P0.05).The maximal response value(Rmax) calculated from vasodilatation curves of apelin-13 was(44.43±11.1)%,but the Rmax value of aorta rings without endothelium was only(6.36±2.40)%.Conclusion These results indicate that apelin-13 relaxes the thoracic aorta in an endothelium dependent manner." @default.
