- W2348084789 abstract "Objective:One analytical method was established in which various preservatives in food were determined simultaneously by one test.Methods: Acidified samples were extracted by ether,then the extract components were qualified and quantified by capillary gas chromatography.Results: The different preservatives including sorbic acid,benzoic acid,dehydroacetic acid,methylparaben,ethylparaben,propylparaben and butyl p-hydroxybenzoate could be determined by one injection,and the linear relation between peak area and concentration of each component was good within concentration range from 0～500 mg/kg;the recoveries were varied from 94.0%～102.7%,RSD was less than 3.5%;and the detection limits of these components were 0.03 ng,0.03 ng,0.05 ng,0.04 ng,0.04 ng,0.05 ng and 0.05 ng in turn.Conclusion: This method could be applied in convenient and accurate determination of sorbic acid,benzoic acid,dehydroacetic acid,methylparaben,ethylparaben,propylparaben and butyl p-hydroxybenzoate in food." @default.
