- W2348263835 abstract "With broad application of steel plate bonding structure in automotive body,the influence laws of different adhesive layer sizes were obtained on load ability of bondind joints by experiment. The 3D elastic-plastic finite element model of steel plate single-lap joint was established,and the influences of adhesive layer sizes were analysed on the stress distribution of bonding joints. The research results showed that the load ability of bonding sample had trend of increase-fall with the increase of adhesive layer thickness,and reasonable adhesive layer thickness was 0.3-0.5 mm. Whatever was adhesive layer thickness,so the load ability of bonding sample was enhanced when length or width in bonding area were increased." @default.
