- W2348272521 abstract "Nanon CaCO_3 and nanon SiO_2 particles were organized with γ-methacryloxypropyl-trimethoxysilane(KH-570).FTIR discovered that surface of nanon SiO_2 was grafted by organic group because there were new absorption peaks at 2955,2860 and 1460 cm~(-1),which were the absorption peaks of CH_3.As for nanon CaCO_3,there was no new absorption peak after treatment with KH-570 because it′s surface had already been organized.Then nanon hybrid materials were prepared by nanon CaCO_3 or organized nanon SiO_2 and acrylic ester monomers through emulsion polymerization.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were tested by GPC,which showed that the molecular weight was reduced and the molecular weight distribution was increased after adding nanon CaCO_3,while addition of nanon SiO_2 caused the molecular weight to increase with narrower molecular weight distribution.TEM and particle size analyzer indicated that these particles were reunited and the particle diameter was 1～2 μm or so before emulsion polymerization,and after emulsion polymerization these particles remained as nanoparticles and the particle diameter was 10～200 nm.All these proved that emulsion polymerization is an effective method to prepare organic-inorganic nanon hybrid materials." @default.
