- W2348485725 abstract "Objective To investigate the sensitivity,accuracy and feasibility study of direct identification of bacteria and drug sensitivity test in clinical blood tests. Method A random selection of 420 blood samples,blood culture instrument after culture,at the same time by using direct identification of bacteria and drug sensitivity test method( direct method) and conventional bacterial identification and drug sensitive test method( conventional detection method for alarm) positive 169 copies of this comparison standard. Results 1、In 169 cases of positive samples,using conventional detection method identified G+bacillus 130,G+coccus 39,direct method identified G+bacillus 112,G+coccus 29. Two methods of bacterial identification of the total coincidence rate was 85. 3%,the coincidence rate of G+coccus was76. 9%,Enterobacteriaceae identification coincidence rate was 86. 3%,no statistical significance( P 0. 05). 2、To two methods,the coincidence rate of all the warning of positive samples drug sensitivity test results was also high,G-coli: sensitive,moderately sensitive,drug resistance respectively 94. 7%,91. 3%,96. 3%,no statistical significance( P 0. 05),G+coccus: sensitive,moderately sensitive,resistance were 96. 7%,93. 6%,98. 9%,respectively,no statistical significance( P 0. 05),but the report of bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test results of the direct method compared with the conventional detection method between the reporting time was shortened obviously,P 0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The direct identification of bacteria and drug sensitivity test method and the conventional detection method,the detection result is reliable,accurate,but the direct identification of bacteria and drug sensitivity test method is more convenient,worthy of promotion." @default.
