- W2348526137 abstract "Chitosan-multiple-walledearbonnanotube nanocomposite was prepared by crosslinking method,and using the nano composite as the material of immobilized enzyme,the HRP modified glass carbon electrode(CHIT-MWNTs-HRP/GCE) was prepared.The cyclic voltammetric experiment results of HRP indicated that HRP exhibited a pair of well-defined and nearly symmetrical redox peaks with a formal potential of 0.328 V(vs.SCE) in PBS(pH=7.2),which resulted from the direct electron transfer between entrapped HRP and the underlying electrode.Further experiment demonstrated that the HRP modified electrode exhibited an electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2.The catalytic peak current was linear to H2O2 concentration in the range of 2.5×10-5～1.25×10-4 mol·L-1.The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant(Km) was estimated to be 3.1×10-5 mol·L-1." @default.
