The result showed that the mouse was immunized with 0.3ml of the vaccine when its body weight was 18～22 gram.10 days post-immunization, while the body weight of mouse reach 20～28 gram and the challenging dose was 2～3×107 CFU per mouse, the mouse might replace chicken for efficacy test to inactivated chicken Ecoli.
