- W2348567701 abstract "Objective To study double contrast radiographic signs of submucosal lesion in stomach for increasing diagnostic level of distinguishing submucosal lesion from mucosal tumor of stomach.Method Model and specimen experiments of double contrast radiography were done at different does barium(barium tide level)and all kinds of position.Double contrast radiographic signs in experiments were observed and assessed.Result All submucosal lesion showed ″helo sign″ which was wide and even in the low quantity barium phase and near ground wall position. The radiographic size of lesion was less than the actual one.Within certain range, significant linear positive or negative correlation was found between the ridgy angle of lesion, barium tide level,kV and the width of blur, the radiographic size of lesion respectively. There was not significant correlation between mAs and the width of blur, the radiographic size of lesion.White fog sign and sole hanging droplet were observed at the far ground wall position of lesion.Tortuous or separate fold mucus and ″bridge mucus″,″double line sign″ were also observed in double contrast radiography of lesion. Conclusion Wide and even ″helo sign″ is a reliable sign of submucosal lesion in double contrast radiography.Within certain range, there exists significant correlation between the degree of helo, the radiographic size of lesion and the ridgy angle of lesion, barium tide level,kV respectively. Some sign of the far ground wall lesion and abnormality of mucus were helpful to diagnose submucosal lesion in stomach." @default.
