- W2348790655 abstract "In order to investigate the effects of dietary soybean meal content on hepatopancreas structure and function of grass carp( Ctenopharyngodon idellus),grass carp w ith an average body w eight of( 15.5±1.4) g w ere used as test object,and 4 isonitrogenous diets w ere designed w hich containing 0( control group),20%,40% and 60% soybean meal,respectively. A total 240 grass carp w ere randomly divided into 4 groups w ith 3replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate. After 6 w eeks feeding in pond cages,the hepatopancreas function indexes in serum,hepatopancreas index and hepatopancreas lipid content of grass carp w ere examined,and the tissue structure of hepatopancreas w as observed. The results show ed as follow s: the highest values of serum globulin( GLB),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein( HDL) and cholesterol( TC) contents and alkaline phosphatase activity w ere all found in the 60% group,and there w ere significant differences betw een the60% group and the other groups( P0.05). With the dietary soybean meal content increasing,the hepatopancreas lipid content and hepatopancreas index all show ed the trend that declining first and rising then,and the maximum values w ere found in the 60% group w hich had significant difference compared w ith the other groups( P0.05). Observing by electron microscope,the part of hepatopancreas nucleus in 60% group showed an abnormal morphology and cell area increased. In 10 000 μm2perspective,the number of nucleus in all groups had no significant difference( P0.05),but the 60% group w as the least. Hepatopancreas nuclear area in 60%group w as the biggest,in addition to the 40% group,had no significant difference compared w ith the other groups( P0.05). There w as no significant difference in the ratio of nuclear volume and cell volume( Vn /Vc) among all groups( P0.05),and the 40% group w as minimum,the 60% group w as penultimate. The results indicate that adding 60% soybean meal in diets of grass carp can cause the serum lipid and hepatopancreas lipid content increasing,and may lead to the injury of tissue structure and function of hepatopancreas." @default.
