- W2348856277 abstract "Glucose dehydrogenase(GDH) is used in the production of high-purity fructooligosaccharides and calcium gluconate. After the inducing expression with IPTG and purificatoin, enzymatic properties of a recombinant GDH were studied. The optimum pH and temperature were 8.4 and 37 ℃,respectively. The enzyme activity of GDH was stable under 45 ℃. The values of Km calculated from the Lineweaver-Burk plot using glucose and NADP as substrate, respectively, were 20.09 mmol/L and 0.10 mmol/L at the optimal pH and temperature." @default.
