- W2348897467 abstract "The paper researched the effects of different concentrate to forage ratio of TMR on energy metabiolism of mid-yielding dairy catties.Forty animals were randomly divided into four groups:treatmentⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ(treatmentⅠwas the control),and the ratio of concentrate to forage were 50%:50%,40%:60%, 35%:65%,30%:70%respectively.The diet including concentrates,alfalfa hay,Leymus chinensis and corn silage was made into TMR(Total Mixed Rations).The results showed fecal energy was increasing with the rising of roughage ratio in diet as a whole,and treatmentⅡwas significantly(P0.05) lower than treatmentⅣ; digestible energy(DE) was increasing and treatmentⅡ,Ⅲwere significantly(P0.05) higher than others;gross enregy(GE) apparent digestbility was dicreasing as a whole and treatmentⅡwas significantly(P0.05) higher than others,a significant(P0.05) quadratic relationship between GE intake(x,MJ/d) and GE apparent digestbility(y,%):y=-0.0007x~2+0.60x-45.53,r~2=0.61;apparent metabiolic energy(AME) was increasing as a whole and treatmentⅡ,Ⅲwere significantly(P0.05) higher than others;metabiolic rate of DE was higher in treatmentⅡandⅢ;metabiolic rate of GE in treatment II was significantly(P0.05) higher than treatmentⅠandⅣ,a significant(P0.05) quadratic relationship between roughage intake(x,kg/d) and metabiolic rate of DE (y_1,%) and metabiolic rate of GE(y_2,%):y1=-0.069x~2+2.48x+63.71,r~2=0.37;y_2=-0.18x~2+6.54x+6.49,r~2=0.38; energy retention in treatmentⅡandⅢwas higher than others,and a significant logarithmic relationship between roughage intake(x,kg/d) and energy retention(y,MJ/d):y=40.69Ln(x)+79.89,r~2=0.51.In conclusion, the energy in diet was utilized sufficiently in treatmentⅡof which concentrate to forage ratio was 40%:60%." @default.
