- W2349005384 abstract "Objective In order to study the genetic diversity of Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen., we carried out comparative analysis on chemical constituents of the volatile oil from four different populations of Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen. Methods The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were extracted from four different populations of Ferula sinkiangensis by applying steam distillation, and then were analyzed and identified by using GC-MS method. The mainly chemical constituents of the volatile oil and theirs relatively contents as markers, four populations of Ferula sinkiangensis, which wildly grows in the same environmental conditions, was comparatively analysed. Results There were totally 27 constituents of the volatile oil extracted and identified from four different populations of Ferula sinkiangensis. The contents of the volatile oil were all more than 10 percent in different populations of Ferula sinkiangensis. And the mainly chemical constituents of the volatile oil and theirs relatively contents were almost same. Conclusion With the all aspects information on chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Ferula sinkiangensis, Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen, which only grows in Baishitu country of Xinjiang region of China, had an important influence on the quality evaluation and authentic and superior Chinese medicinal materials of Resin Ferula sinkiangensis." @default.
