- W2349276077 abstract "History studies has always been under the guidance of Marxist materialistic view of history.However,due to the lack of support of middle-level theory and demonstration,some theoretical principles of materialistic view of history have not been implemented.There are even some misconceptions based on absolutization and unilateralism.In historical writings,the principal part of history,the common people are rarely mentioned regarding their actions and contributions. We can hardly see the depiction of their living conditions.,achievements,interests,desires,demands and their views of history.Such limitation shows that the current history studies is still bound by the traditional conception.In terms of development of history,the common people are the principal part of history,public opinion is the basis for history explanation,and the benefit for common people is the fundamental criterion of history evaluation.Therefore,historians should study history from the angle of the common people,making the common people the main role of history.
