Methods: ①Carrying out antibacterial experiment of different solvent extracts of leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq. in vitro② Using UV visible spectrophotometric method for the determination of content of total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid. Results: ① In the 1000 ~ 62. 5mg · ml- 1concentration range,lonicera hypoglauca miq leaf aqueous extract had effect on inhibiting pseudomonas aeruginosa,MIC was 250mg·ml- 1; the 50% ethanol extract had effect on inhibiting Salmonella typhi and other 5 kinds of bacteria; for the Shigella dysenteriae,MIC was 625mg · ml- 1; for the Escherichia coli,MIC is 500mg·ml- 1; for 3 kinds of bacteria such as Salmonella typhi,MIC is 250mg·ml- 1; the 90% ethanol extract had effect on inhibiting Salmonella,Shigella dysenteriae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,for Shigella dysenteriae,MIC was l000mg· ml- 1; for two kinds of bacteria such as Salmonella,MIC was 500mg·ml- 1. The MIC of Chlorogenic acid on 5 kinds of bacteria such as Salmonella typhi was 5mg·ml- 1. ② The total flavonoids content in liquid of lonicera hypoglauca miq leaf water extract,50% ethanol extract and 90% ethanol was respectively 7. 29,14. 17,3. 99mg ·ml- 1. The content of chlorogenic acid was 3. 95,5. 18,2. 30mg·ml- 1. Conclusion: Antibacterial effect of 50% ethanol extract from leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq is optimal,total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content is the highest. The bacteriostasis of leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq is correlated with the total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content." @default.
