- W2350343577 abstract "Objective To detect plasma concentrations of CGRP,ET-1 at different time points after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) and to further explore the relationship between CGRP,ET-1 and the pathogenesis of cerebral vasospasm after SAH.Methods To select 38 cases of patients with SAH.Healthy examinees(n=20) were allocated to be the control group.Plasma CGRP,ET-1 concentrations were measured in patients who were diagnosed SAH(n=38)at the different period(1～3d,4～7d,14～21d after hemorrhage)by radio-immunity technique,and the blood flow rates were observed in intracranial artery by transcranial doppler ultrasound,to observe the cerebral vasospasm continuously or intermittently.The 38 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm.Results The mean contents of CGRP and ET-1 in vasospasm-group were obviously higher or lower than that in control group and non-vasospasm group(P0.05 or P0.01).Compared with control group,the mean contents of non-vasospasm group were not obviously different(P0.05).Cerebral vasospasm occurred in 2 cases during 1～3 days,in 28 cases during 4～7 days and in 1 cases after 14～21 days.The CGRP,ET-1 contents of the patiets with cerebral vasospasm in 4～7 days were obviously lower or higher than other patients of the same group in different time.There was statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion CGRP and ET-1 participate in the pathological process of SAH.The abnormality of vascular endothelial constriction/relaxation function is correlated with delayed cerebral vasospasm." @default.
