- W2350374562 abstract "The response behaviours of two ion selective PVC membrane electrodes were investigated prepared by novel bibrachial lariat crown ethers of 1,10 _ bis(5 _ chloro _ 8 _ hydroxyquinolin _ 7 _ methylene) _ 1,10 _ diaza _ 4,7,16_ trioxa _ 13,19 _ dithiacycloheneicosane(Ⅰ) and 1,13 _ bis _ (5 _ methyl _ 8 _ hydroxyquinolin _ 7 _ methylene _ 1,13 _ diaza_ 4,7,10 _ trioxa _ 16,19 _ dithiacycloheneicosane(Ⅱ) as carriers. The experimental results show that the electrodes exhibit anion response mechanism and have a good Nernstian response for iodide ion. The linear response range of both electrodes is 10-5～10-1 mol/L, and corresponding slope is -59.1 mV/for electrode(Ⅰ) and -57.6 mV/ for electrode(Ⅱ). The two electrodes have advantages of stability, repeatability and wider pH range. The two electrodes were used for the determination of iodine in meglucamine diatrizoate injection, the results are in good agreement with those obtained by the method in pharmacopoeia." @default.
