- W2350388866 abstract "Adsorption of Ru (Ⅲ) Ion and Its Complexes with TiO_2 from aqueous solution was studied. The rate curves and isotherms of adsorption were measured and effect of temperature, concentration, pH value and ligands on the adsorption was observed. Results showed that the adsorption obeyed the first-order Lagergen equation, the rate-controlling step was the diffusion of ruthenium ions within the pores of titanium oxide, and the adsorption isotherm fit to Langmuir equationand the standard thermodynamic function changes were G~0 0, H~00, and S~00, indicating that the adsorption was a spontaneous increasing enthalpy and entropy driving process. PH value obviously had influence on the adsorption of ruthenium ion, with the adsorption edge at pH 1.5～ 4. The formation of soluble complex of Ru~(3+) ion restrained the precipitations of Ru(OH)~(3+), extending pH value range of adsorption operations to pH 8 for sulfocaarbamide, pH 12 for oxalic acid, pH 9 for pyridine and pH9 for 1.10-phenanthroline." @default.
