- W2350562105 abstract "Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of notoginsenosideR 1 and ginsenoside Rg 1 /Rb 1 in Soufengtong capsule. Methods Hypersil ODS℃18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of consisted acetonitrile-water by gradient elution(0 ～ 12 min,19% A,12 ～ 60 min,19% ～ 36% A),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃ ,and the detecting wavelength was 203 nm. Results The linear ranges of notoginsenoside R 1 and ginsenoside Rg1/Rb 1 were 0.107 ～ 2.638 μg(r = 0.9998),0.428 ～ 10.623 μg (r=0.9999),0.424 ～ 10.526μg(r=0.9997),respectively.The range of the spotting recovery rate was98.33%(RSD=1.16%), 98.22%(RSD=1.60%)and 97.78%(RSD=0.98%)],respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,rapid and with good reproducibility,and can be used for content determination of notoginsenoside R 1 and ginsenoside Rg 1 /Rb 1 in Soufengtong capsule." @default.
