- W2350797767 abstract "Objective To investigate the relationship between the risk factors of coronary artery disease and the severity of coronary artery lesions.Methods A total of 499 consecutive patients who were diagnosised as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography(2004～2006) were studied retrospectively.We analyzed the characteristics of coronary artery lesions including the severity of coronary artery,and the guantity of involved coronary artery,diffuse lesions and the lesions of LAD,LCX,RCA,LM.Results Significant correlation was found between FBG and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Significant correlations were also found between smoking,aging,FBG and index of total stenosis.Hypertension,smoking,LDL-C,and TC are correlated with the quantity of involved coronary artery,TC and LDL-C showed positive correlation with the quantity of involved coronary artery.Conclusions(1) Advanced patients have severe and multivessel lesions.(2) Patients with hypertension are prone to be suffered with multivessel lesions.(3) Diffuse lesions are often found in the patients with diabetes.(4) Patients who smoke usually have severe and multivessel lesions.(5) Patientswith high TC and LDL-C are prone to be suffered with multivessel lesions.(6) With the increasing of FBG,the coronary artey lesions become severe." @default.
