- W2350803225 abstract "The catalyst and technological conditions that suitable for hydrogenation of castor oil are selected by orthogonal experimental design.The activity and selectivity of the catalyst is higher as compared with the traditional hydrogenation catalyst and the reaction condition is mild.The catalyst is based on copper and nickel and using diatomaceous earth as carrier.The suitable mole ratio of Cu∶Ni is 5∶1 and carrier is 40 %.Under reaction conditions:150 ℃,and 0.8 MPa,with catalyst dosage 0.8 % for 4 h～6 h,the hydroxyl value and iodine value of hydrogenated castor oil obtained is 155.6 mg/g and (3.05 mg/g) respectively.The results of the reproducibility and repeatability as well as recycle tests show that the prepared catalyst has been well proven.After the crude product is treated by 4 %～5 % active carbon,the color of product is lower than 3(klette)." @default.
