The aim of developing it was to facilitate an effective processing and display of client needs in Land Titles Management in any province as a near substitute to the conventional Geographic Information System,GIS, which is too complex and expensive to most developing countries. These countries need a cost effective,simple and web -aware system application in response to the need for computer -based tools to support the already existing stages of land information processing and dissemination in land management. The methodology,development,operation and evaluation of the model are discussed. It's methods of local access and identifying online clients(those accessing the database through the www web and Internet)are also outlined. It is concluded that this system is potentially useful in facilitation the systematic, effective, efficient and cost constrained ways of processing and displaying of client requirements to their satisfaction." @default.
