- W2351347750 abstract "Objective To observe the impact of tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate sodium injection on peripheral endogenous neural stem cells of rats with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 78 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into groups A(n = 6),B(n = 24),C(n = 24)and D(n = 24),stereotactic instrument and autologous blood injection method were used to prepare for cerebral hemorrhage model(rats of C group received puncture without intracerebral injection of autologous blood),rats of A group were conventionally feed, rats of B group and C group received intraperitoneal injection of0.9% sodium chloride injection after 1 day of preparation, while rats of D group received intraperitoneal injection of tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate sodium injection after 1 day of preparation.Immumohistochemical staining method was used to observe the peripheral Brd U-positive cell counts and peripheral NSE-positive cell counts after 3 days,7 days,14 days and 28 days of preparation. Results After 3 days,14 days and 28 days of preparation, peripheral Brd U-positive cell counts of D group were statistically significantly more than those of B group and C group(P 0.05); after 7 days of preparation, peripheral Brd U-positive cell counts of D group were more than those of A group,B group and C group, and those of B group and C group were statistically significantly more than those of A group(P 0.05).Peripheral Brd U-positive cell counts of D group obviously increased at the third of preparation, and increased to the peak at the seventh day,and then gradually decreased. After 3 days of preparation, peripheral NSE-positive cell counts of D group were statistically significantly more than those of C group(P 0.05); after 14 and 28 days of preparation, peripheral NSE-positive cell counts of D group were more than those of B group and C group(P 0.05); after 7 days of preparation, peripheral NSE-positive cell counts of D group were more than those of A group,B group and C group, and those of B group and C group were statistically significantly more than those of A group(P 0.05).Peripheral NSE-positive cell counts of B group,C group and D group obviously increased after preparation, and increased to the peak at the 28 th day. Conclusion Tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate sodium injection can promote the proliferation and induce the differentiation of peripheral endogenous neural stem cells of rats with cerebral hemorrhage." @default.
