- W2351566317 abstract "The conditions extraction time,ratios of liquid to solid and temperature have been investigated to understand their effects on the pigment extraction in wolfberry fruit from Ningxia.Box-Behnken matrix design has been used to establish a quadratic regression model,and response surface analysis carried out for optimization purpose.The optimum extraction conditions have been determined as follows: ratios of liquid to solid is 1∶9;temperature,38 ℃;and extraction time,2.5 h.The stability of pigment from wolfberry fruits has been studied in this research.The results show that high temperature affects the stability of pigment.In addition,they are sensitive to sunlight.However,it is not so sensitive to darkness.Pigment are more stable in alkaline condition compared to acid condition;The stability of pigment is reduced when Fe3+,Fe2+,Cu2+,is respectively added to its medium whereas other metal ions K+,Na+ have no such effect on their stability." @default.
