- W2351576488 abstract "Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of co tinctura indomethacinum on photoallergic dermatitis patients. Methods The 46 cases were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 23 cases orally given Loratadine tablet, 10mg per day in combination with externally used co tinctura indomethacinum extract, two times per day and control group also consisted of 23 cases orally given Lorantadine tablet, 10mg per day in combination with externally used cream Aloson extract, two times per day for a coures of 6～8 weeks. Results The total effect in treatment group was 82 61% and 73 7% in the control group showing a signficant difference between the two groups (P0 01). Conclusion Co tincura indomethacinum is effective and safe for photoallergic dermatitis patients." @default.
