W2351796294 abstract "Objective:To observe the ideal reconstruction of digestive tract after proximal gastrectomy for gastric carcinomas.Methods:In a retrospective study,the clinical data of 35 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were analyzed.The patients were assigned into control group or observation group,which were respectively adopted conventional esophagogastric anastomosis or jejunum interposition between esophagus and stomach after proximal gastrectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,complications and postoperative quality of life,and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of observation group was(201.3±32.4)min,significantly more than that of control group.There was a significant difference between control group and observation group(64.71% vs.33.33%,P0.05).The control group's heartburn feeling rate was higher than the control group's(P 0.05).Conclusion:Jejunum interposition can significantly reduce the rates of postoperative reflux esophagitis and symptoms of heartburn,which is an ideal reconstruction of digestive tract after proximal gastrectomy for gastric carcinomas." @default.
