- W2352021898 abstract "By using vanillin colorimetric method to determine gypenosides content,the optimum condition of extracting gypenosides from gynostemma pentaphyllum tea by supercritical CO2 extraction method was studied.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction pressure and extraction time on the extraction rate were discussed.The optimum condition for supercritical CO2 extraction was that the extraction temperature was 50℃,with the extraction pressure of 25 MPa and the extraction time of 60 min.Under the optimum condition,the extraction rate was 3.68%for supercritical CO2 extraction method,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional organic solvent extraction method(1.97%)." @default.
