- W2352203766 abstract "[Objective]The aim was to establish the detection method for the Arecoline hydrobromide content.[Method] The optimum detection method of arecoline hydrobromide content was studied through studying the effect of some factors such as different flow rate and column temperature on separation.[Result] The high performance cation-exchange chromatography was adopted.Mobile phase was acetonitrile0.5% H3PO4(50∶50),the detection wavelength was 215 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow-rate was 1.5 ml/min.Under the above chromatographic conditions,the separation was good when the retention time of the arecoline was about 12.6 min.When the concn.of the injection volume was 0.010～0.080 mg/ml,there was a good linear relationship between the concn.and the peak area.The method could detect 500 ng quantitatively under the ultraviolet detection.[Conclusion] The operation of cation-exchange chromatography method was convenient,and this method had good specialization and accuracy,could control the production quality effectively,but it was not suitable for the detection on micro arecoline content in the pharmacokinetics experiment or residue experiment." @default.
