- W2352399717 abstract "Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 15 organophosphorous pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by gas chromatography(GC).Methods:The residues was determined by TSD neutral detector with CP-SIL 24CB capillary column after acetonitrile extraction,salting-out,concentration,CARB/NH2 column purification,and dissolved to constant volume with acetone.Results:The recoveries varied between 80.0%～111.2% respectively when 0.080 mg/kg standard solution were added in,85.0%～108.5% respectively when 0.20 mg/kg standard solution were added in and 97.2%～103.5% respectively when 4.00 mg/kg standard solution were added in.RSD was between 2.21%～6.39% when 4.00 mg/kg standard solution were added in.Conclusion:This method has reliable producitivity and can give a wide linear range with good recovery and RSD.So it is suitable for the analysis of organophosphorous pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits." @default.
