- W2352430614 abstract "Objective To evaluate the absorption capability and purification effect of rosmarinic acid on macroporous absorption resin,and to find a better method to separate and purify rosmarinic acid from Rosmarinus officinalis L..Methods Macroporous resin D101 was more suitable for the separation and purification of rosmarinic acid among four kinds of resins selected with absorption capacity,desorption ratio and the content of rosmarinic acid in the powder obtained as criteria.Optimal conditions for absorption and elution of rosmarinic acid were performed with static and dynamic experiments.Results The result showed that the optimum technology parameters were as follows:the pH value of solution 3 to 4,flow rate 2 BV/h,solution treatment capacity 9 BV,and rosmarinic acid absorbed can be desorbed by 40% alcohol at flow rate 1 BV/h,and collected 3 BV eluent.The desorption ratio of rosmarinic acid was 94.8% according to the absorption and desorption conditions above,and the content of rosmarinic acid in powder obtained from 3 BV eluent through concentration and dry was 23.7%.After eight times of repeated use,the absorption capability and separation effect of the macroporous resin was not decreased obviously,and the macroporous resin could be recycled.Conclusion Rosmarinic acid in Rosmarinus officinalis L.can be effectively separated and purified with the macroporous absorption resin D101,and has the potential application value in industry." @default.
