- W2352445359 abstract "A reversed-phase high performance paired ion chromatography method has been developed to determining the 3,5-dimethyltetrahydro-1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione(DMTT) content in dazomet.The composition of the mobile phase and the kind of the ion-pair have been selected.As a result,the optimum experimental condition were established as follows:a C_18 column as a anilysis column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol and potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution and sodium alkyl sulfate.,UV 280 nm as detection wavelength.In the above case,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 6 and the dynamic linear range was 0.08～1.2 g/L by the method of external standard calibration,the average recoveries was 99.81 %,and the relative standard deviation was 0.469 %.This means there was a good linear correlation between the peak areas and concentration of DMTT and there was a good repetition rate also." @default.
