- W2352900298 abstract "Objective To analyze the resistant status and treatment effect to the second Anti-TB drugs between the city area and sccluded mountain area in retreated pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of resistant status in 89 retreated pulmonary tuberculosis cases with culure positive and susceptibility test was conducte.All retreated cases during 1996.7～2004.5 were treated for 3～6 months with the second Anti-TB drugs.Results The total resistance rate of the ten drugs from the city area were all higher than the secluded mountain areas,the O and P have statistic significance(P0.05). Conclusion O and P are probably the key drugs among the second Anti-TB drugs.From the city area to secludid mountain area,resistance rate to Anti-TB drugs was lower and lower,and the treatment effect became better and better." @default.
