- W2353052025 abstract "A new catalytic spectrofluorimetric method using surfactant as sensibilizer was proposed for the determination of trace tryptophan,based on enhancing effect of surfactant Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium Bromide to the oxidation of rhodamine B by high potassium iodate,catalysed by tryptophan,in pH=4.8 HAc-NaAc buffer solution.The optimum reaction conditions and kinetic parameters of this reaction were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,the tryptophan concentration within a range of 3.0～25.0 mg/L had a good linear relation,the regression equation was ΔIF=4.989 c+0.001 5(c:mg/L) with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4.The detection limit of method was 0.4 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) for 5.0 mg/L tryptophan was 1.7%.The developed method,with surfactant as sensitizer,had high sensitivity,and was applied for the detection of tryptophan in vegetable with spiked recoveries of 92%～105%,and RSDs of 0.9%-2.6%." @default.
