- W2353085583 abstract "Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of azodicarbonamide in flour and its preparation by RP-HPLC.Methods:Chromatagraphy was conducted on a Hypersil-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30℃ and 275 nm.The mobile phase was 100% water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01～1.0 mg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 96.6% and RSD 2.0%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It can provide a method for quality assessment of ADA in flour and its preparation." @default.
