- W2353224010 abstract "Objective To evaluate the value and side effects of patient-control intravenous analgesia(PCIA)with sufen- tanil and fentanil after general anesthesia.Methods 60 cases graded ASAⅠ～Ⅱwere randomly divided into two groups.Be- fore 30 minutes at the end of operation,Ⅰgroup received with 4 mg/ml fentanil;Ⅱgroup received with 0.8 mg/ml sufentanil, PCIA include background 2.5 ml/h and bolus of 5 ml with lockout-time 8 minutes,and the outcomes were evaluated by re- cording the patients,visualanalogscale(VAS)at 2 h,4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h,48 h after operation.The change of pressure、pulse、breathing and side effects such as nausea and vomiting were also recorded.Results Two groups showed good pain relief.In theⅡgroup,VAS were all lower than that in theⅠgroup(P0.05).But there was no significant difference betweenⅠandⅡgroup in patients(P0.05).There were no differences in side effects in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Postoperative analgesia with sufentanil was proved to be a good method to manage postoperative pain after general anesthesia for patients." @default.
