- W2353231905 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of hydroxyl benzyl ephedrine in the treatment of threatened premature. Methods The 112 patients randomLy divided into treatment group(55 patients) and control group(57) patients. The treatment group was treated with benzyl hydroxy-ephedrine,the control group was given magnesium sulfate,The markedly inhibited uterine contraction time, the extension of pregnancy, the cumulative medication time and drug toxicity were observed in the two groups. Results A comparison between treatment group and control group showed the onset time of the inhibited uterine contraction was(2.43±0.39)h vs(6.15±0.87)h,the cumulative medication time was(8.10±1.14)d vs.(13.06±3.46)d,the extended pregnancy time was(25.71±5.24)d vs.(15.32±4.10)d and the incidence of prematurity was 10.91(6/55)vs.33.33(19/57)(all P 0.05).Conclusion The rational using of Hydroxyl hydroxyl benzyl ephednne may be extended a few weeks of pregnancy and improve the survival rate of premature infants and the quality of life." @default.
