- W2353280051 abstract "OBJECTIVE With a self-trituration,multifunction in monotube substratum to make an assessment of Gram positive microbacillary of oxygenphile initially to preliminarily screen the Gram positive microbacillary of oxygenphile in clinical infection.METHODS 130 clinical strains were incubated after cultivating in 35℃ and 24 hours. The results of the test of glucose, mannitol, salicin, aesculin in the same self-trituration were observed at the sametime.Compared the results of canalis singularis substratum′s coincidence, coincidence and the stability of substratum were assessed.RESULTS The coincidence of results of self-trituration and canalis singularis substratum was about to 100%,The assessment result coincidence was about 100%.The substratum can keep stability for about half a year when be stored in an well-leak tightness condition which can still be used.CONCLUSIONS The compounding is reasonable, the quality is stabilized,Using simply, judging easyly and having commendable practicability which can be used in identificating bacteria in clinical infection.Such as Kurthia,Listeria,Corynebacterium,Erysipelothrix,Bacterium lacticum to increase the efficiency and quality in identification of bacteria." @default.
