- W2353473500 abstract "Objective To explore the efficacy of two-diffe rent-dose' s IVIG whic h was used to treat Kawasaki disease.Methods To review the treatment of 46cas es ad mitted to our hospital during 1996～2003.Results46cases were di vided into two groups.One group,17cases,were treated wi th IVIG 1g-kg-1,that is,400～500mg.kg-1 .d-1* 2～3d.Another group,22cases,were t reated with IVIG 2g .kg-1 ,that is,400mg.kg-1 .d-1* 5d.There was no obvious statistical difference between the two groups(P 0.05)in the lasting time of fever,blood white cell count,and coronary art ery dilati on(CAD),etc.Conclusion The efficacy of the two-different-dose ' s IVIG is almost equal in treatment of Kawasaki disease.We suggest that 1g. kg-1 IVIG should be used in order to save re soures and reduce patient ' s econom ic burden." @default.
