- W2353647935 abstract "Fe-20Ni-3.5C self-lubricating alloy with different silicon addition was prepared by melting method.The effects of silicon content on the mechanical and dry friction properties were studied.The results show that with increasing of silicon content,the quantity of carbon atom melting to the austenite decreases and the flake graphite will be stubby and spherical.It is found that the hardness and tensile strength reach the maximum value while the impact toughness is lower in the alloy of 2.5% silicon content;both the coefficient of dry friction and wear rate reduce with increasing of hardness.Fe-20Ni-3.5C-2.5Si alloy has the lowest dry friction coefficient of 0.23 and the failure mechanism is fatigue wear." @default.
