- W2353791977 abstract "[Objective]To evaluate the antibody level among children aged 1 ～10 years after routine immunization with measles vaccine(MV),provide the scientific evidence for making related immunization strategy of measles elimination in future.[Methods]1686children aged 1 ～10 years were sampled with probability proportionate to size sampling(PPS),and the serum levels of measles IgG antibody were tested.[Results]The antibody positive rate of measles was 91.28%,protection rate was 73.13%,and the geometric mean titer(GMT) was 1:551.30.There were significant differences in the antibody positive rate of measles,protection rate and GMT among children in different residential environment groups,different dosage and times of vaccination groups,different age groups and different counties.There were significant differences in protection rate and GMT between boys and girls,but the difference in the antibody positive rate of measles was not significant.[Conclusion]The levels of measles antibody among children aged 1 ～ 10 years in Yuxi city were high,but there was immunization weak link in floating children.Full implementation of MV routine immunization among floating children has important significance in measles elimination." @default.
