- W2353870971 abstract "The wind load shape coefficients of railway noise barriers are indeterminate in current national code.The wind load shape coefficients of noise barriers on bridges or on roadbed are systematically studied and analyzed by adopting three methods,which are CFD numerical simulation,wind tunnel model pressure measured test and wind tunnel force measured test.The effects of the noise barriers,which are of two different heights at different locations: the windward side,two sides and the leeward side of the track,on the wind load shape coefficients are compared and analyzed.Research results show that,if the values are taken according to the shape coefficients and the wind pressure distribution of rectangular components to calculate the wind load of noise barrier,the wind load shape coefficient of the noise barrier may be underestimated.The location of the noise barriers has great impact on the magnitude of the wind load shape coefficient,while its height has little effect on it.For the structure design of the noise barriers on bridge or roadbed,it is suggested that the wind load shape coefficients of noise barriers on bridge be 1.65 and the wind load shape coefficients of noise barriers on roadbed be 1.99." @default.
