- W2354038198 abstract "Objective To analyze the growth rate and generation time of the human mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs) in cerebral palsy patients at different ages,and provide a reference for clinical application.Methods Totally 38 cases of cerebral palsy patients were involved,of which 1 to 3 years old 11 cases(infant group),4 to 6 years old 9 cases(preschool group),7 to 19 years old 10 cases(school-age group),20 to 35 years old 8 cases(adult group).Centrifugal adherent method was used to separate the hMSCs and cultured in vitro,keep the adherent cells for generation.The hMSCs generation time of each group′s P0,P1,P2,P3 and P4 was recorded;the growth rate of different age group′s P0,P1,P2,P3 and P4 was calculated.Result The generation time in P0-P1,P1-P2 were similar in different age groups,P2-P3,and P4-P5 generation time in the adult group were much longer than that in other three groups,P4-P5 generation time was much longer than that of P1-P2 in all four groups;and P1 was much slower than the other three groups,The growth rate of P4 in infant and preschool groups were much slower than that of the P1;the growth rate of P4 was similar in different ages group.Conclusions The autologous hMSCs of the cerebral palsy patients is an ideal seed cells,and the growth rate and efficiency is especially higher in patients less than 20-year-old." @default.
