- W2354343363 abstract "The synthesis of hydrochloric acid doped polyaniline was preformed by using manganese dioxide instead of the ammonium persulfate oxidant,and the polyaniline coated silicon dioxide particle composites were obtained by adding a proper proportion of silicon dioxide particles to the oxidation-polymerization reaction system.Results of Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)showed that the PANI layer was coated on the surface of silicon dioxide particles;and the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)of hydrochloric acid doped PANI composite particles proved the effectiveness of doping.The anti-corrosion coating was prepared with the PANI composite particles as anti-corrosion filler and epoxy resin as the film-forming material.The prepared polyaniline/epoxy resin composite coatings were coated on the iron electrodes.The anti-corrosion properties were investigated by the test of speed-up immersion,open circuit potential and Tafel curve.The results showed that HCl doped polyaniline composite coating has the excellent anti-corrosion properties,its corrosion potential positively shift to about 400 mV and the corrosion current was reduced by 4～5 order of magnitudes comparing with that of the epoxy resin.The prepared anti-corrosion coating possesses high performance of anti-corrosion and low cost." @default.
