- W2354388116 abstract "Objective To observe the effect and safety of conscious sedation of tramadol and droperidol in ENT (ear.nose.throat) surgery.Methods Two humdred patients undergoing ENT surgery were individed into test group (group T, n =100) and comparative group (group C, n =100).Tramadol 2 mg/kg,droperidol 0 05 mg/kg were intravenously injected at 5 minutes before local anesthesia and droperidol was intravenously given continuonsly with micropump in 24～36 hours after the ENT surgery.Local anesthesia with dolantin was normally given in group C.Results During and after the ENT surgery,the effect of sedative analgesia in both groups was significantly different ( P 0 01),and SBP,DBP,HR was significantly different in both groups ( P 0 05),but SPO 2 has no significant difference ( P 0 05).Conclusion Conscious sedation of tramadol and droperidol is safe,effective in ENT surgery." @default.
