Since people infected by HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), with a serious immunological deterioration (values under 200mm of CD4), show dissimilarity in the development of diseases related to AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome), the goals of this document aim to understand different researches which have supported hypothesis regarding psychosocial factors that contribute in a great deal to the HIV/AIDS progression variation (Ironson G. & col., 2005). Besides, the author who is interested in pathological developments, and the individual variability of the HIV/AIDS infection progression, aims to deal with psychoanalytical matters that may find hinge points with the data obtained from the current art state, mainly from a psychoanalytical financial and topic perspective, expressed in terms of Helplessness, Toxic, and Traumatic Processes.
