- W2354489873 abstract "Objectives To strengthen the cohesion of nursing staff in outpatient department ,and improve the quality of nursing.Methods We established standardized morning shifting procedure,contents and evaluation standards,and implemented collective morning shifting report regularly in outpatient de- partment.Results This practice was beneficial to train nurses' comprehensive quality and improve the quality of nursing in outpatient department.The patients' satisfaction increased from 92.43% in year 2003 to 98.25% in 2006 (P0.05 ).The patients' complaints and nursing disputes decreased ob- viously.Conclusion The collective morning shifting report is proved to be feasible,which is worth to be promoted." @default.
