- W2354601412 abstract "Objective To inquire into the coherences between automatic nervous functional actions and injury degrees of heart function as well as their corresponding clinical factors in senile patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 61 senile cases of CHF(CHF group) and 30 cases of healthy people(control group) were studied and their heart rate variabilities(HRV) and correlative clinical indexes were analyzed.Results(1) Compared with the control group,the various determined HRV values in CHF group decreased significantly(P0.01).(2)The various determined HRV values decreased gradually according to the damage of heart function,and there were significant differences among the values of HRV in patients with different-grade heart function(P0.05～0.01).(3) LVd,LVs, LVPW,IVS and LVEF changed significantly with the damage of heart function(P0.05～0.001),except for the changes of RV and E/A(P0.05).(4)The decreases of SDNN and TI were negatively correlation with the NYHA grades of heart function,LVd,LVs,LVPW and IVS(P0.05～0.01),but were positively correlation with the LVEF and E/A(P0.05～0.01).Conclusion There were severe injuries and imbalances of automatic nervous system in senile patients with CHF,and they were closely correlation with the degrees of heart function damage,left ventricular hypertrophy,hypofunction of left ventricular contraction and diastolization.It is helpful to determine HRV for the early diagnosis,evaluations of severeness,prognosis and treatments of heart failure in the patients with CHF." @default.
