- W2354615230 abstract "Objective This essay intends to have a tentative analysis about the methods and effects of nurse post management under the policy of performance assessment. Methods The hospital has set up different nurse posts according to different job responsibilities and established a matched performance assessment system. Results After implementation of post management and performance evaluation,both nurses' errors and patients' complaints were reduced and both nurses' and patients' satisfaction were increased( P 0. 05). Conclusion The nurse post management must take the performance appraisal to support,which can promote nurses' initiatives and increase their nursing qualities and patients' satisfaction.
