- W2354656402 abstract "This paper reports a case study of a college English teacher′s first year of teaching.Data were collected by a phenomenological in-depth interview,classroom observation and online teaching journals.The result shows that the teacher met with great challenges in four aspects of teaching approach: teaching content,teacher-student relationship and teaching arrangement.Correspondingly strategic compliance and internalized adjustment were adopted to handle those complications.The study can provide practical basis for the improvement of FLTs′ prservice-and-inservice professional development and it can provide a space of thinking for the multi-models of FLT training in colleges and universities." @default.
