- W2354745824 abstract "Objective To study the risk factors of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly in urban community of Suzhou.Methods A population based,1∶2 matched case-control study was conducted,including 81 MCI patients from sample population as cases and 162 non-cognitive impairment individuals from the same population matched for age,sex and education as controls.Data was analyzed using univariate analysis and non-condition logistic regression analysis with SAS8.0 software.Results In multivariate logistic analysis,divorced or widowed,negative events were shown to be the risk factors for MCI,and OR were 1.770(1.157～3.516),1.875(1.015～3.464).However,individual interesting were negatively correlated with MCI and their ORs were 0.320(0.173～0.594).Conclusion The study demonstrated that widowed and negative events were risk factors for MCI,but individual interesting may be the protection factor." @default.
